From Sylhet city, take a local bus or CNG auto-rickshaw from Amberkhana point towards Bholaganj. Buses are frequent and cost approximately 60 BDT per person. The journey takes about 1.5 hours, dropping you at Bholaganj Bazar. From Bholaganj Bazar, hire a boat to reach Shada Pathor. Boat rentals typically cost 800 BDT for a round trip, accommodating up to 8-10 people. Negotiate the duration of the boat trip beforehand, usually around 2 hours.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Alternatively, hire a CNG auto-rickshaw or car directly from Sylhet city to Bholaganj. A CNG costs around 1200-1500 BDT for a round trip, accommodating up to 4 passengers. A private car will cost approximately 2500-3000 BDT for the day. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Upon reaching Bholaganj, you'll still need to hire a boat to access Shada Pathor, costing 800 BDT for a round trip.
