Start at the main square in Bridgetown, known as National Heroes Square. From there, head east on Broad Street, which is the main shopping area. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the highway (Spring Garden Highway). Turn left onto Spring Garden Highway and walk straight for about 0.5 miles (800 meters). You will see signs for Brandons Beach. Once you reach the beach area, follow the path that leads down to the shoreline.

From the central bus terminal in Bridgetown, take a minibus heading to Sandy Lane or Holetown. Inform the driver that you are going to Brandons Beach. The bus will take you along the coast, and you will need to get off when you reach the Brandons Beach stop. From there, it's a short walk to the beach entrance.
