Public Transport
From anywhere along Highway 7, the main coastal road, hop on a local bus (either the blue Transport Board buses or the yellow mini-buses). All buses heading towards Oistins will pass through St. Lawrence Gap. Ask the driver to drop you off near The Cove. The fare is BBD 3.50 per person. From the bus stop, The Cove is a short walk away, identifiable by the music and crowds.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Barbados. A taxi from Bridgetown to St. Lawrence Gap will cost approximately BBD 40. From Oistins, the fare is around BBD 14-17. Ask the driver to take you to The Cove in St. Lawrence Gap. Ride-sharing services are not as prevalent, so taxis are the more reliable option.
Driving
If driving, navigate to St. Lawrence Gap. Parking can be challenging, especially on weekends. There are several paid parking lots in the area, with rates typically around BBD 5-10 per hour. Primo Bar and Bistro, located nearby, sometimes offers parking refunds if you dine there. Be aware that street parking is limited and can result in a fine if not in an authorized zone.
