Public Transport
From Bridgetown, several bus routes (6, 6A, 7, 31) head towards the St. George area. Check with the local Transport Board for the most up-to-date schedules and routes. The closest bus stop to Orchid World is 'Groves', approximately an 11-minute walk (867 meters) from the garden entrance. From the bus stop, follow the signs for Orchid World. Bus fare is approximately BBD 3.50 per person each way.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Barbados. A taxi from Bridgetown to Orchid World will cost approximately BBD 73 and take around 20 minutes. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Ride-sharing services are less common, so taxis are the more reliable option.
Driving
If driving from Bridgetown, take Highway 5 towards St. George. Pink signs clearly point towards Orchid World and Tropical Flower Garden. Limited parking is available on-site. There is no parking fee.
