Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from the Cathedral of Our Lady, head south on Handschoenmarkt towards Meir. Continue walking straight until you reach the Meir, a major shopping street. Turn left onto Meir and walk until you reach the junction with the Franklin Rooseveltplaats. From there, you will see the Groenplaats on your right, just a short walk further.

Public Transport - Tram

If you are near the Antwerp Central Station, take tram line 8 towards 'Linkeroever' or line 11 towards 'Hoboken'. Get off at the Groenplaats stop. Once you exit the tram, you will be right in the center of Groenplaats, with easy access to the square and surrounding attractions.

Walking

Starting from the Antwerp Zoo, exit the zoo and head southwest towards the Meir. Walk along the Meir until you reach the Franklin Rooseveltplaats. Turn right and walk for a few minutes, and you will arrive at Groenplaats, which is a prominent square surrounded by cafes and shops.

Public Transport - Bus

From the Museum aan de Stroom (MAS), you can take bus line 23 or 24 from the nearby bus stop. Ride for a few stops and alight at the Groenplaats stop. After getting off, you will see the vibrant atmosphere of Groenplaats with its historical buildings and outdoor seating areas.
