Start at Antwerp Central Station, one of the main transport hubs in the city. From the station, take tram line 5 (direction: 'Hoboken') or tram line 2 (direction: 'Linkeroever'). Get off at the stop 'Karel de Preterlei'. Once you exit the tram, you will see Karel de Preterlei street. Walk along this street, and Te Boelaarpark will be located at number 2140 on your left side. It is a short walk of about 5 minutes from the tram stop.
