Walking
The Lovers sculpture is located on Burg Square, a short walk from the Markt (Market Square), the main central square in Bruges. From the Markt, face the Belfort (Belfry) and head to the left, following the road around. Turn left onto Breidelstraat and follow it to Burg Square. The sculpture will be visible on your left as the square opens up. The walk is short and easy, taking only a few minutes.

If arriving by train at Brugge Station, take a bus to the city center. Bus lines 1 and 2 will take you to the city center. Get off at the 'Markt' stop, which is a short walk from Burg Square. A single bus ticket costs €3 if purchased in advance or €3.50 if purchased from the bus driver. Alternatively, a day pass is available for €5 at kiosks or €7 on the bus. From the Markt, follow the walking directions to the sculpture.
