Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Minnewater Park, head east towards the Minnewater Lake. As you reach the lake, walk along its southern edge. Continue walking until you reach the end of the lake where it meets the canal. You will see a bridge; cross this bridge and turn left onto the path that runs along the canal. Keep walking for about 5-10 minutes, and you will come to Beguinevest on your right. You should see signs indicating the direction towards Begijnhof, which is nearby.

    If you have rented a bicycle, exit Minnewater Park and cycle towards the lake. Once you reach the lake, follow the same path as you would when walking, but you can travel a bit faster. Continue along the southern edge of the lake and cross the bridge over the canal. Once you are on the other side, turn left. It will take approximately 5 minutes to reach Beguinevest by bicycle.
