Car
If you're driving from the center of Dyle Valley, head southeast on the main road (N25) towards Oud-Heverlee. Continue on N25 for about 10 km until you reach the outskirts of Oud-Heverlee. Turn right onto the Meerdalwoud entrance, which is well signposted. There are several parking areas available within Meerdaalwoud where you can leave your car.
Public Transportation
To reach Meerdaalwoud by public transport from Dyle Valley, take the local train from Dyle Valley station to Oud-Heverlee station. Trains run regularly, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Oud-Heverlee station, exit the station and take bus number 600 towards Leuven. Get off at the 'Oud-Heverlee, Meerdaalwoud' stop. The bus ride is approximately 10 minutes. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading to the Meerdaalwoud entrance.
Walking
If you are already in Oud-Heverlee, you can walk to Meerdaalwoud. From the center of Oud-Heverlee, head south on the main street (Leuvensesteenweg) for about 1.5 km. You will reach the entrance of Meerdaalwoud, which is well marked. The walk will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
