If you are in the central area of Hasselt, make your way to the Hasselt train station (Stationstraat 1). From there, take a train to Maastricht. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Maastricht station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk straight down the Stationsplein, then turn left onto the Maastrichter Brugstraat. Continue walking until you reach the Onze Lieve Vrouweplein, where the Basilica of Our Lady is located at number 7.

From the central bus station in Hasselt, take bus line 74 towards Maastricht. The bus will take you directly to Maastricht, and the journey takes around 45 minutes.
