Getting There

    If you are driving from Kempense Heuvelrug, start by getting onto the E314 motorway. Follow the E314 towards Hasselt. Take exit 29 towards Hasselt-Centrum. Continue on the N80 and follow the signs for Hasselt. Once you are in the city, navigate to Gouverneur Verwilghensingel 15, where the Japanese Garden is located. There is parking available nearby, but keep in mind that there may be a fee depending on the parking area.

    For public transportation, take a local bus from Kempense Heuvelrug to Hasselt. You can find bus services operated by De Lijn. Once you arrive at Hasselt station, exit and walk to the bus stop for line 2 or 3 towards Kuringen. Get off at the stop 'Gouverneur Verwilghensingel' which is the nearest stop to the Japanese Garden. The garden is just a short walk from there, located at Gouverneur Verwilghensingel 15.
