Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto the N25 highway. Depending on your starting location in Walloon Brabant, follow the signs to Wavre. Once you are in Wavre, look for Rue du Calvaire, which will lead you directly to the Basilica of Our Lady of Basse-Wavre. • Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train to Wavre station. Trains from major cities in Walloon Brabant such as Namur or Louvain-la-Neuve frequently run. Once you arrive at Wavre station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. You can take bus line 1 towards 'Wavre, Place de l'Yser' and get off at the stop 'Wavre, Rue du Calvaire'. The Basilica is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
