Getting There

• Walking

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Downtown Belize City. From the rental shop, head east on Albert Street, then turn left onto Fort Street. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Fort Street Tourism Village on your right. Make sure to follow local traffic rules and wear a helmet for safety. Rental costs for bicycles typically range from $10 to $15 BZD for a few hours.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a quicker mode of transportation, you can take a taxi. Simply flag down a taxi or call a local taxi service. Provide the driver with the destination: 'Fort Street Tourism Village, Terminal 1.' The taxi ride from anywhere in Downtown Belize City should cost around $5 to $10 BZD, depending on your starting point. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
