Getting There

Walking
Start at the main square in Corozal Town. Head north on 4th Street towards the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, continue walking along the coast, enjoying the view. After about 10-15 minutes, you will reach the end of the waterfront path. From there, take a right onto the road that leads towards the Mexican border. Follow this road for about 20 minutes until you reach the bridge over the canal. Canal de los Piratas is located just past the bridge on your left.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Corozal Town. Start from the main square and head north on 4th Street. Continue towards the waterfront and follow the coastal path. After around 10-15 minutes, turn right onto the road leading to the Mexican border. Keep pedaling for about 20 minutes, crossing the bridge over the canal. Canal de los Piratas will be on your left just after the bridge.

Find a local bus at the main bus terminal in Corozal Town. Board a bus heading towards the Mexican border. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at the canal bridge. Once you arrive, you can walk back a few meters to reach Canal de los Piratas on your left side.
