From the center of Mountain Pine Ridge, head south on the Mountain Pine Ridge Road for about 7 miles until you reach the junction with the Western Highway. Turn right onto the Western Highway (also known as the George Price Highway) and continue for approximately 25 miles until you reach the junction for the Caracol Road. Turn left onto Caracol Road and follow the signs for about 12 miles. The road may become rough, so drive carefully. Eventually, you will arrive at the entrance of the Caracol Natural Monument Reservation, which is marked by a sign. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Caracol Natural Monument from Mountain Pine Ridge using public transportation, you will need to first take a taxi or a local shuttle service to the town of San Ignacio. Once in San Ignacio, look for a bus or shuttle service that goes to Caracol. These services may not run frequently, so it's advisable to check the schedule in advance. The journey from San Ignacio to Caracol will take approximately 1-2 hours.
