    From the central park in San Ignacio, head west on Burns Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the junction with W. Ford Young Drive. Turn left onto W. Ford Young Drive. Continue walking along W. Ford Young Drive for approximately 10 minutes. You will see the entrance to Cahal Pech Archaeological Reserve on your right, marked by a sign. The reserve is located on the hillside, so be prepared for a slight uphill walk as you approach the entrance.
