From the center of San Ignacio, head towards the main street known as Burns Avenue. Walk down Burns Avenue until you reach the intersection with West Street. Turn right onto West Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Cayo Welcome Center & Tourist Information Center, which is located at the address San Ignacio. It should be on your left-hand side, near the main square.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the central park in San Ignacio. Ride towards Burns Avenue and head downhill. Once you hit West Street, turn right and continue cycling straight. The Cayo Welcome Center & Tourist Information Center will be on your left side after a short ride, just past the main square.
