As you approach the Esplanade des Amazones, look for signs directing you towards the historical landmark which is located at 8CX5+J25 in the Haie Vive neighborhood.

Once on Avenue de l'Indépendance, continue walking towards the city center. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Continue straight for another 10 minutes. The Esplanade des Amazones will be on your right. Look for the large statue and well-marked signage.

    From the Cotonou Central Market, take a local 'zémidjan' (motorcycle taxi) to Esplanade des Amazones. Negotiate the fare before getting on, typically around 500-1000 CFA.
