Car
If you're driving, head towards Thimphu from any location in Chhukha District. Follow the main road (Route 2) towards Thimphu, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. Once in Thimphu, continue straight until you reach the Zilukha area. Look for signs directing you to Tashichho Dzong. The viewpoint is located near the dzong, and you can park your vehicle at a nearby designated parking area. Please note that there may be a small parking fee.

To reach Tashichho Dzong Viewpoint using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Chhukha District to Thimphu. Buses operate frequently, and the journey takes around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Upon arriving at the Thimphu bus station, look for a taxi or a local bus heading towards Zilukha or Tashichho Dzong. The fare for the taxi will be approximately 150-200 Ngultrum.
