From the center of Thimphu, head towards the Royal Textile Academy located on Norzin Lam. If you're near the Clock Tower, walk south along Norzin Lam for about 10-15 minutes. Look for the Hotel Bhutan Building; the Royal Textile Academy is situated on Level 3, below this building. You can also ask locals for directions, as it's a well-known landmark.
