    From Dagana town, head north towards the main highway. After approximately 30 km, take the road towards the Bhutan-India border, following signs for Buxa Fort. Continue on this road for another 10 km until you reach the entrance of Buxa Hill Forest area. The road can be narrow and winding, so drive carefully. Parking is available at the entrance, and there is no fee for parking.

  • Public Transportation

    From Dagana, take a local bus heading towards Gelephu. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the junction for Buxa Fort. This should take about 45 minutes. Once you get off, you can either walk for approximately 2 km to the entrance of Buxa Hill Forest or hire a local taxi from the junction, which will cost around 100-200 Nu. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance.

    If you are already near the entrance of Buxa Hill Forest and prefer to walk, follow the signs leading to Buxa Fort.
