From Dagana, you will need to drive towards the Paro district, which is approximately 120 km away. Start by taking the road towards the Thimphu-Phuentsholing highway (NH 2). After around 60 km, take a left towards Paro. Continue on this road for another 60 km until you reach Paro town. Once in Paro, follow the signs to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest). The last stretch is a winding road leading to the base of the monastery. Parking is available at the trailhead. Note that parking may incur a small fee.

To reach Tiger's Nest from Dagana using public transport, first take a bus or shared taxi to Thimphu, which is about 60 km away. From Thimphu, catch a bus heading to Paro (approximately 30 km). Once you arrive in Paro town, you can hire a taxi to take you to the Taktsang Monastery trailhead. The taxi ride will take around 30 minutes. Ensure to confirm the fare before starting your journey, as taxi fares can vary.
