    Getting There

    Car

    From Gasa, head south on the Gasa-Dungdungneysa road. Continue on this road for approximately 26 kilometers (16 miles), which should take about 40 minutes by car. As you approach the Phobjikha Valley, keep an eye out for local signs directing you to Kumbu Lhakhang. The temple is located at the coordinates 27.5105° N, 90.1780° E. You will need to park your car at a designated area nearby and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the temple.

    Public Transportation

    Start at the Gasa bus station and take a local bus heading to Wangdue Phodrang. The bus journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Wangdue Phodrang, transfer to a local taxi or a shared taxi service that can take you to Phobjikha Valley. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes. Upon reaching Phobjikha, ask the driver to drop you off near Kumbu Lhakhang, which is a short walk from the main road.
