Car
If you are driving or have hired a car, start from the main town area of Haa Valley. Head southeast on the main road (NH 110) for about 8 kilometers. Look for a sign indicating the turnoff to Sangaygang View Point, which is on the right side. The road leading to the viewpoint is narrow and winding, so drive carefully. After approximately 1 kilometer on this road, you will reach the Sangaygang View Point parking area. Be sure to check for any parking fees, which may vary.
Public Transportation
To reach Sangaygang View Point using public transportation, first take a local bus or shared taxi from Haa Valley main town to the closest point on the main road. Once you reach the drop-off point, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to the viewpoint. There are no direct public transport options to the viewpoint, so be prepared for this short hike. Be sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Sangaygang turnoff,' and they can guide you on the best place to get off.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, and you are already in Haa Valley, you can hike to the Sangaygang View Point. Starting from the center of Haa Valley, head southeast towards the main road and proceed on foot along NH 110. After about 1.5 kilometers, look for the turnoff to Sangaygang View Point on your right. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and carry water.
