Start at the center of Mongar town, which is easily recognizable by its vibrant marketplace. Head east on the main road, following the signs toward Jakar. You will pass several local shops and small eateries. Continue walking for about 30 minutes until you reach the junction leading to Jakar. At the junction, take the left path that leads to the Jakar area. After approximately 15 minutes, you will see a sign for Kurjey Lhakhang on your left. Follow this path, which will lead you directly to the temple.

If you have access to a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Mongar town. Start at the town center and ride east along the main road towards Jakar.
