Getting There

Walking
From the center of Mongar town, head east on the main road. You will pass the Mongar Dzong on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction leading to the Nimgong area. Follow the signs towards Nimgong. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. As you approach Nimgong, keep an eye out for the signs that indicate the entrance to Phrumsengla National Park. The park entrance is located at approximately 8W6V+HGQ, which is a short walk from the main road.

Hiking
For a more adventurous route, after you reach the junction to Nimgong, take the left path that leads uphill into the forest. This hiking trail is marked and will take you through lush greenery and local flora. Follow the trail for about 2 km, and you will eventually reach the entrance to Phrumsengla National Park. This route offers beautiful views and a chance to experience the natural beauty of the area.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from Mongar town towards Nimgong. Head east on the main road as mentioned earlier. The cycling route is mostly flat with a few gentle inclines. Make sure to wear a helmet and be cautious of any traffic. It should take around 20-30 minutes to reach the park entrance at 8W6V+HGQ.
