From the center of Mongar town, head east on the main road. You will pass the Mongar Dzong on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction leading to the Nimgong area. Follow the signs towards Nimgong. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. As you approach Nimgong, keep an eye out for the signs that indicate the entrance to Phrumsengla National Park. The park entrance is located at approximately 8W6V+HGQ, which is a short walk from the main road.

For a more adventurous route, after you reach the junction to Nimgong, take the left path that leads uphill into the forest.
