Getting There

    From the center of Paro, head towards the Paro Dzong. Walk along the main street, and you will see the Dzong on your left. Continue past the Dzong and follow the signs for Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest). The trailhead is located about 10 kilometers from the Dzong. Follow the main road until you reach the parking area for Tiger's Nest, where the trail begins.

    Once you reach the trailhead parking area, begin your trek up the Taktsang trail. The hike is about 2-3 hours one way, depending on your pace.
