Walking
Start from the center of Paro town, near the Paro Dzong. Head southeast towards the main road (National Highway 2). Walk along the road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bridge over the Paro Chhu River. Cross the bridge and continue straight. After crossing the bridge, take a right turn onto a smaller path that leads you towards the Wire Rope Sling Bridge & Rock Beach. Follow this path for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to the area on your left.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Paro town. Start at the Paro Dzong and cycle southeast towards the main road (National Highway 2). Ride along the road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bridge over the Paro Chhu River. Cross the bridge, then take a right onto the smaller path leading to the Wire Rope Sling Bridge & Rock Beach. Continue cycling on this path for about 500 meters, keeping an eye out for the entrance on your left.
Hiking
From the center of Paro, start your hike towards the Paro Dzong. Once you reach the Dzong, continue southeast along the main road (National Highway 2) for about 1.5 kilometers. After crossing the bridge over the Paro Chhu River, take a right onto a smaller path that leads toward the Wire Rope Sling Bridge & Rock Beach. Follow this path for approximately 500 meters until you reach the entrance on your left. This hike is suitable for those who are used to walking on uneven terrain.
