The drive takes about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. You will pass by the National Memorial Chorten on your left and continue upwards. Keep an eye out for the signs marking the turnoff to Sangaygang. The road is well-paved, but be cautious as it can be steep in some areas.

You can hire a taxi from anywhere in Thimphu. Simply tell the driver 'Sangaygang View Point' or show them the address (FJMF+8RW). The fare should be around 300-500 Ngultrum (Nu) depending on your starting point. The taxi will take you directly to the viewpoint, which is approximately 20-30 minutes away. Ensure to negotiate the fare in advance if you are not using a metered taxi.

While there is no direct bus to Sangaygang View Point, you can take a bus that heads towards the northern parts of Thimphu.
