If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Thimphu. Head south on Norzin Lam, then take a left onto Changlam. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction, then turn right onto the road leading towards the Memorial Chorten. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. Once you see the large roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading to Ludrong Phakha. After about 500 meters, you will find Ludrong Memorial Garden on your right. There is parking available near the entrance.

To reach Ludrong Memorial Garden via public transportation, first head to the main bus terminal in Thimphu, located at the edge of the city center. Look for a bus heading towards the southern part of Thimphu or specifically to the Memorial Chorten area. Buses run frequently throughout the day, and the fare is typically around 10-20 Ngultrum. Once you disembark at the Memorial Chorten stop, walk south along the road for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Ludrong Memorial Garden; it will be on your left.

Taking a taxi is a convenient option as well. You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Thimphu. Instruct the driver to take you to Ludrong Memorial Garden, located at FJRP+QJC in Ludrong Phakha. The fare for this ride will typically range from 150-300 Ngultrum, depending on your starting point within Thimphu. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
