From the center of Thimphu, head south on Norzin Lam. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Chubachu road. Turn left onto Chubachu road and follow it as it curves. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a sign pointing towards the Buddha Dordenma. Follow this sign to the right and continue walking uphill.
