Walking
If you are starting from the clock tower in the heart of Thimphu, head south along Norzin Lam street. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chang Lam. Turn left onto Chang Lam SE and walk for about 5 minutes. During your walk, you will pass various shops and cafes, making it a pleasant stroll. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the Changlimithang Archery Ground as you approach the area. The archery ground is located just past the Bigsa Archery Gallery on your left.

If you are near the National Memorial Chorten, start by heading northeast on Chorten Lam towards the traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Norzin Lam. Continue walking straight for about 20 minutes. As you approach the clock tower, you will need to continue straight until you reach the intersection with Chang Lam. Turn left onto Chang Lam SE and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Changlimithang Archery Ground, which will be on your left side.

From the Tashichho Dzong, exit the complex and head south on the main road towards the city center. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will come to Norzin Lam. Make a right on Norzin Lam and walk straight until you encounter Chang Lam. Turn left and continue walking for another 5 minutes. The Changlimithang Archery Ground will be located on your left, just ahead of the Bigsa Archery Gallery.
