If you are starting from the National Memorial Chorten, head southeast towards Chhoten Lam. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Norzin Lam. Turn left onto Norzin Lam and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. The Clock Tower will be visible at the intersection ahead, on your right.

From the Tashichho Dzong, exit the grounds and turn left onto Chhoten Lam. Walk down Chhoten Lam until you reach the intersection with Norzin Lam. Turn right onto Norzin Lam and continue for about 800 meters. The Clock Tower will be on your left at the next intersection.
