Walking
From Wangdue Phodrang town center, head southeast towards the Wangdue Phodrang Dzong. Continue on the main road that leads to the dzong, enjoying the scenic views along the way. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will come to a fork; take the right path that leads towards the Rinchenling Shedra. Follow this road for another 1.5 kilometers. Look out for signs directing you towards Rinchenling Shedra. Once you reach the entrance, take a moment to appreciate the architecture and serenity of this Buddhist temple.
Public Transport
From Wangdue Phodrang town, locate the nearest bus stop. Board a local bus heading towards the direction of the Rinchenling Shedra. Inform the driver of your destination; they are usually familiar with the major landmarks. Once you arrive at the nearest stop (which should be close to the shedra), disembark and walk for approximately 500 meters following local signs or asking locals for guidance. This will lead you directly to the entrance of Rinchenling Shedra.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Wangdue Phodrang town center and head towards the Wangdue Phodrang Dzong. Take the main road leading to the dzong, and when you reach the fork after about 1 kilometer, take the right path. Continue cycling for about 1.5 kilometers, where you should start seeing signs for Rinchenling Shedra. The ride is scenic and enjoyable, so take your time and enjoy the views along the way.
