Getting There

    Start from the Wangdue Phodrang Dzong, which is a prominent landmark in the town. Head south on the main road leading away from the Dzong. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction. At the junction, take a left turn onto the Bumthang - Ura Highway. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers. You will notice signs directing you towards Taa-Dzong. As you approach, you will see the entrance to the site on your right. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

    If you are near the Wangdue Phodrang Town Square, start by walking towards the Wangdue Phodrang Dzong. From the square, head towards the Dzong and follow the directions mentioned above. Alternatively, you can ask locals for directions to the Bumthang - Ura Highway; they are usually friendly and willing to help.
