If you are starting from the Plaza Murillo, head southeast towards Calle Comercio. Walk down Calle Comercio until you reach the intersection with Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz. Turn left onto Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz and continue straight until you reach the Plaza San Francisco. From there, take Calle Sagárnaga, which is on your right, and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle Jaén. Turn left onto Calle Jaén, and the Museo Costumbrista Juan de Vargas will be on your left, at Jaén s/n.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From the Plaza Murillo, you can catch a minibus heading towards the Centro. Look for minibuses with signs that say 'Centro' or 'San Francisco'. Get off at Plaza San Francisco. From there, walk down Calle Sagárnaga until you reach Calle Jaén. Turn left onto Calle Jaén, and you will find the Museo Costumbrista Juan de Vargas on your left.
