From Plaza Murillo, head to the nearby 'Calle Potosí' and catch a minibus (micro) heading towards 'El Alto' or any micro that has 'Laja' on its sign. The fare is usually around 2-3 Bolivianos. Get off at the 'Cementerio General' stop, which is approximately a 15-20 minute ride. Once you get off, walk towards the direction of the cemetery and continue straight. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will see signs pointing towards Mirador Tupac Katari.

If you prefer to walk from Plaza Murillo, head east towards 'Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz'. Walk along this avenue until you reach 'Avenida 6 de Agosto'. Turn right and continue until you reach 'Avenida 20 de Octubre'. Walk down this avenue until you reach the intersection with 'Calle 1 de Mayo'. Turn left and continue straight until you reach 'Calle FVC4'. Mirador Tupac Katari will be located at the end of this street.
