If you are traveling by car, start your journey in central Potosí. Head southeast on Calle Ayacucho towards Av. 6 de Octubre. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida Potosí. Turn left onto Avenida Potosí, following the signs to the Potosí Mines. The mines are located at the coordinates C69R+3VV, Villa Imperial de Potosí. The drive should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

To reach the Potosí Mines using public transportation, make your way to the main bus terminal in Potosí. Look for buses or shared taxis (known as 'trufis') that are heading towards the mines. The fare should be around 3-5 BOB (Bolivian Bolivianos). The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, you will need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance of the mines, which is at C69R+3VV, Villa Imperial de Potosí.

If you are already in the vicinity of the Potosí Mines, you can walk from nearby locations. If you are at the Plaza 10 de Noviembre, head northeast on Calle Comercio and turn right onto Calle Ayacucho. Continue until you reach Avenida Potosí and turn left. Follow the road until you see signs for the mines. It is about a 30-minute walk.
