The Sarajevo Free Walking Tour with Neno & Merima typically starts in front of the National Theater (Narodno Pozoriste), located on Pozorisni trg - Susan Sontag. From the city center, such as Baščaršija, walk along the Miljacka River towards the west. The National Theater will be on your left, across the street from the park. No costs are associated with walking to the meeting point.

If coming from further away, Sarajevo's public transport system includes trams, trolleybuses, and buses. Several lines stop near the National Theater. Purchase a single-journey ticket at a kiosk for 1.60 KM or from the driver for 1.80 KM. Validate your ticket upon entering the vehicle. Tram lines 2, 3, 5, and 6 all stop near the National Theater. The trolleybus lines 101, 102, 103, and 104 also have stops nearby.

Taxis are readily available throughout Sarajevo. A short taxi ride from Baščaršija to the National Theater should cost approximately 7-10 KM, depending on traffic. Ensure the driver uses the taximeter, which should start at a base fare of 1.90 KM, with a rate of 1.20 KM per kilometer. Several taxi companies operate in Sarajevo, including Sarajevo Taxi, Crveni Taxi and Kale Taxi.
