If you are driving from Trebinje, head west on the main road (M6) towards Dubrovnik. After approximately 21 km, you will reach the border crossing into Croatia. Ensure you have your identification and any necessary travel documents ready. After passing through customs, continue on the D8 highway for about 10 km until you reach the outskirts of Dubrovnik. Follow signs for the city center. Once in Dubrovnik, turn right onto Ul. Između tri Crkve. Boninovo cemetery will be on your left. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

To reach Boninovo cemetery using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Trebinje to Dubrovnik. The bus departs from the main bus station in Trebinje. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, and tickets typically cost around 5-10 BAM (convert to HRK if necessary). Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station, you can either walk or take a local bus. If walking, head west towards the Old Town, then follow the signs to Ul. Između tri Crkve. Boninovo cemetery is located along this street, about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. Alternatively, you can take a local bus (lines 1A or 1B) towards Pile and get off at the nearest stop to the cemetery.
