To reach Lopud from anywhere in the Trebinje Region by car, follow the E65 highway south towards the border with Croatia. Upon reaching the border, you will enter Croatia. Continue driving towards the town of Dubrovnik. From Dubrovnik, follow signs for the ferry terminal located at Gruž Harbor. The ferry ride to Lopud takes about 50 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal. The cost for a one-way ticket is approximately 40 HRK (around 6 USD). Once you arrive on Lopud, you can explore the island on foot or rent a bicycle.

If you prefer to use public transportation, take a bus from Trebinje to Dubrovnik. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 2 hours.
