From the center of Trebinje, head southeast towards the main road (Ulica Vuka Karadžića). Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Ulica Jovana Dučića. Turn right onto Ulica Jovana Dučića and continue for about 500 meters. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. After 500 meters, you will see a small bus station. Here, you can catch a local bus heading towards the nearby villages. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Malastica.

Once you are at the bus station, look for a bus that goes towards the direction of 'Gacko' or 'Bileća.' The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. When you get off the bus, follow the signs for the hiking trail that leads to Malastica.
