If you are in the heart of Old Town, start at the Pile Gate, which is one of the main entrances. From Pile Gate, walk straight down the Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik, for about 10 minutes. You will pass by numerous shops and cafes on both sides. Continue walking until you reach the Rector's Palace on your right.
