    From Pile Gate, the main entrance to Dubrovnik's Old Town, walk southeast along Stradun (the main street). Continue towards the old city port. St. John's Fortress is located on the southeastern side of the port, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from Pile Gate. No costs involved.
