The Martin Luther King Jr. Monument is located in Bulevar, Tuzla, easily accessible on foot from the city center. From Trg Slobode (Liberty Square), walk south along Bulevar Kulina Bana. The monument will be on your left-hand side, near the city hall. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.
