Getting There

    The most common approach to Rooiputs Lodge is by vehicle from Upington, South Africa. Drive approximately 250km north on the R360 to the Twee Rivieren border post. After clearing customs and immigration, continue approximately 25km north along the Nossob River Valley on the park's main road. Look for the Rooiputs Lodge sign on the left, then turn right and immediately left onto a sandy road. Follow the signs for a few hundred meters, then turn right again. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the final kilometer of sandy track leading to the lodge. Park entrance fees are approximately P190 per adult per day for foreign nationals, plus P75 per vehicle. Visitors are encouraged to have Pula (BWP) in cash available to pay for the daily entrance fees at the game reserve.
