If you're coming from the entrance of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, head towards the Ntwetwe Pan turn-off. The road may be sandy and bumpy, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-road travel. A 4x4 vehicle is advisable. There may be no formal parking area, so park responsibly. Renting a 4x4 in Maun or Kasane is an option. Expect to pay park entrance fees of P190 per person per day for international non-residents, plus vehicle fees of P75 per day.
Public Transportation
