Getting There

Road
Nxai Pan National Park is accessible via the A3 highway connecting Maun and Nata. The turn-off to the park is approximately 138 km east of Maun and 160 km west of Nata. A 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended due to the sandy conditions. The road from the A3 to the park entrance is tarred. Daily park fees are approximately $10 USD per person, plus $4.20 USD per vehicle. Payment can be made in Botswana Pula (BWP). There are no fuel or supply facilities in the park, so stock up in Maun or Gweta.
