Air Travel
The most common way to reach Sango Safari Camp is by flying into Maun International Airport (MUB), the main gateway to the Okavango Delta. From Maun, a charter flight can be arranged to one of the airstrips in the Khwai Concession. Your tour operator typically handles these bookings. There are no scheduled flights to Khwai. Pre-arranged transfers from the airstrip to Sango Safari Camp are usually included in your booking.

4x4 Vehicle
Sango Safari Camp can be reached by a 4x4 vehicle from Maun. The drive takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours (125km) along sandy and dirt roads. During the dry season (April to October), it is possible to drive from Moremi Game Reserve and the Savuti region of Chobe National Park, depending on water levels and track conditions. Self-drive guests must pre-book all activities and meals before travel. There are no tolls on this route.
