If driving, start from Antonina city center, Paraná. Head northeast on Rua da Liberdade towards Rua João S. P. de Oliveira. After 500 meters, turn left onto BR-277. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers, following signs for Antonina/Parque Nacional de Superagüi. Parking is available at the reserve entrance. Note that there may be an entrance fee.

From Antonina city center, take a bus towards Parque Nacional de Superagüi from the main terminal. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to announce the stop for the Atlantic Forest Biosphere Reserve. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the entrance. Bus fare is approximately R$4-R$6.
